How can I tell the PEX-SA114 is recognized by the computer?

Answer:
PEX-SA114 is compliant with AHCI and is supported by Windows built-in AHCI driver.
Please check "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers" of Device Manager. Click Details tab of "Standard SATA AHCI Controller Properties" (see screenshot below)
