Customer FAQ

Q 1 .   Is M2-NW107R using PERST1? Can you send me the info on how to solder the wires for PERST0 pin on M2-NW107R?
Answer:

Yes, M2-NW107R is using PERST1 (pcie reset #1).  
Both PERST0 and PERST1 are system reset pins, however, some platforms did not handle PERST1 and leaving it non-connected, which caused the M2-NW107R not being reset when powering up.  
It may cause the card not to initialize or detected correctly if the motherboard does not implement PERST1. The M2-NW107R may not be seen by system with LSPCI command.

It works with some customers by soldering a jumper wire between pin 66 and 52 of m.2 connector. (rework diagram is below)
