Q 8 .   Does this work with the current Apple TV HDMI out to an older Benq projector?
Answer: Yes, HDMI2VGAD works with Apple TV, but it can’t play content protected video because HDMI2VGAD doesn’t support HDCP which is required for video playback between Apple TV and high-definition TV.
Q 9 .   Is this truly active? My current, passive one will not drive long VGA cables (e.g. when customer has ceiling-mounted projectors).

Q 10 .   Two VGA Monitors Extended Display Compatible?
Answer: Yes, HDMI2VGAD adapter is able to configure as extended display and connect the 2nd VGA display to the HDMI port on DELL system.
Q 11 .   My VGA monitor says it is “out of range” when using the adapter with my laptop?
Answer:

It’s because the resolution of the laptop and HDMI2VGAD adapter is higher than your VGA monitor can handle. Please select "Extend" display mode by pressing ‘Windows logo key + P” to enable independent resolution settings for your VGA monitor. Please open Screen Resolution and select your external VGA display, and select the right resolution for your projector. You can also try different video modes by clicking "Advanced settings", and then click "List All Modes".
